CLATTERBEATS VOLUME 3 marks the return of the instrumental hip-hop ep's released in the mid nineties on CLEAR records. The purpose of the release being that of 'DJ tool' or useful beats that can be dropped into any down tempo set. These previously unreleased tracks were produced in the same time period as the original CLATTERBEATS (ie: 1997-2002) using 'oldskool' sampling techniques.
